Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands, working closely with the Brand Manager and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. They assist with marketing, branding, sponsorship, and trade activities to enhance brand image and customer satisfaction, while managing budgets, executing campaigns, and staying informed on industry trends and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute assigned marketing projects within budget while maintaining brand standards and consistent messaging.
- Represent the brand for PR purposes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated marketing programs.
- Serve as the point of contact for rental spaces, ensuring auditing, tracking, and quarterly reconciliation.
- Develop briefs, scripts, and training materials to guide cross-functional teams on project responsibilities.
- Work with agencies, clients, and internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Accounts, Customer Service) to achieve project objectives.
- Liaise with digital teams/agencies to execute approved communications across relevant platforms.
- Build relationships with sales teams and customers through trade visits and training.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Marketing Operations for in-store program execution, including POP and schedules.
- Maintain and update the Marketing Drive with all brand assets.
- Act as liaison for sponsorships and donations, ensuring all proposals are addressed and approved activities executed.
- Track brand spending weekly with relevant teams and generate monthly performance reports against planned activities.
Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- BA in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Management
- 3+ years’ marketing experience, including events and promotions
- Experience in traditional and social media marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passionate, driven, and self-motivated with strong analytical thinking
- Excellent oral and writing skills
- Skilled in executing and evaluating ROI on integrated marketing programs
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle
