Starting Pay: $475 per hour
Increase to $525 per hour after 6 months
Earn bonus from your FIRST WEEK
NO weekends. NO graveyard shifts
- Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage customers and confidently present products
Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural tone
Build rapport and identify customer needs
Accurately update customer information in the system

Requirements

Minimum CXC/GCE English Language or HEART Level II Certificate in Customer Service
Valid government-issued ID
Active commercial bank account
Previous call centre experience is not a requirement
