Big Chef Bakehouse is seeking a skilled CDP baker to join our team. This role focuses on artisan breads and pastries, such as sourdough, focaccia, and other hand-crafted creations, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in professional bakery
Strong knowledge of breads production, including artisan breads, rolls, buns, and sourdough
Proven experience in dough making, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
Ability to manage a designated section independently, maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency
Strong understanding of ingredients, ratios, and recipe control
Experience in managing production schedules and meeting daily output targets
Willingness to contribute to menu development and continuous improvement
Ability to supervise and guide junior staff
Reliable, disciplined, and punctual with a strong work ethic
