Our client, a well-established remote business advisory firm based out of Miami, FL, USA. is seeking a proactive and resourceful Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support both marketing initiatives and daily administrative operations.

Role Summary
The successful candidate will handle both accounting and administrative responsibilities, take initiative, and help keep operations and client workflows running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support
- Set up invoices and recurring payments in QuickBooks
- Assist with bank reconciliations under supervision
- Help maintain organized payment records and accurate financial documentation
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content strategies for social media and email marketing campaigns
- Write, edit, and schedule engaging social media posts
- Write and publish business blog articles using Wix
- Build and update landing pages and website content
- Liaise with the website SEO agency to coordinate updates and performance improvements
- Occasionally create content and blog articles for the Single Mom by Choice brand
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling through Calendly and Outlook
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Prepare and send engagement letters through GoHighLevel
- Maintain organized and up-to-date calendars
- Support client onboarding processes
- Ensure internal systems and workflows remain organized and efficient
- Assist with day-to-day operational coordination
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing and/or administrative support role
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience using Wix, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Outlook is highly desirable
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
