Procurement Coordinator | Kingston, Jamaica
Associated Manufacturers Limited, producers of the globally recognized Walkerswood Caribbean Foods brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Kingston.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a respected Jamaican manufacturing company with a growing international presence, supporting procurement operations that keep our products moving locally and across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and service levels
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update systems on a daily basis
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate Degree in Procurement & Logistics or related field
- 2-4 years' experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment would be an asset
- Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite
