Knowledge, Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Competencies - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Jamaican Securities Course Certification
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in wealth advisory, asset management support, investment services, or financial services
- Strong understanding of Asset Management products, managed funds, discretionary portfolios, pensions, and portfolio construction principles
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, suitability, and risk governance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet tools
- Experience using CRM systems for portfolio and client lifecycle management
- Strong portfolio advisory and analytical decision-making capability
- Client retention and relationship stewardship discipline
- Data-driven, structured approach to client and portfolio management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
