PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to assist management in driving compliance with Company policies. The 
incumbent will be tasked to routinely monitor controls over cash and stock to ensure compliance with 
company policies and procedures.

• Issues are resolved in a timely manner 
• Reports submitted are clear, concise and accurate

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• At least two years’ experience in stock/cash management role.
• Knowledge of internal control practices in the industry.
• Solid understanding of the relationship between internal control and business processes
• Understanding of accounting and auditing principle.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on excel application.
• Possess driver’s license and able to operate a motor vehicle is desirable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s system, policies and procedures.
• Schedule and conduct physical count of stock items at locations and assist with reconciliation of 
variances.
• Schedule and review weekly perpetual counts and work with branches to have variances corrected.
• Conduct cash counts and perform reviews of business processes throughout the Company.
• Conduct fixed asset count and assist with reconciliation with the asset register.
• Any other tasks assigned that will assist in achieving the purpose stated above and/or the Company 
mission.

SPECIAL CONDITION ASSOCIATED WITH THE JOB
• Travelling throughout the island sometimes on very short notice which may require overnight stay.
• Standing for extended periods.
