🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Quickly assess incoming calls to determine whether issues can be resolved immediately, transferred, or require follow-up
- Review case notes to identify customer needs and treat every interaction as a unique case
- Deliver routine call center support for business products and services
- Follow standard scripts and established guidelines (with supervision) to meet SLAs
- Communicate specialized information in a warm, empathetic, and professional manner
- Accurately gather and update customer information in company databases
- Escalate complaints or concerns to senior teams when required
- Clearly explain company policies to customers
🔹 What You Need
- Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM ⌨️
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least three (3) or more CXCs including English Language or Heart Level II Certificate or High School Certificate.
- Must be fully flexible to work any five (5) days of the week including public holidays and weekends.
- Must be fully flexible to work any 8-hr shift between the hours of 8am-11pm Monday-Sunday.
