Role
Providing administrative and secretarial support. The successful candidate will handle confidential tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, meeting coordination, managing travel arrangements, filing, typing, and special projects.
Principal Responsibilities
- Track and update departmental/cross-departmental action items.
- Assist with compiling department status reports and project summaries.
- Maintain and update team organizational charts and distribution lists.
- Support new hire onboarding (equipment, welcome kits, account access).
- Coordinate department-wide communications and announcements.
- Reconcile and track monthly charges for software license, cloud services, and telecom expenses.
- Track department budget allocation.
- Assist in preparing project dashboards.
- Plan and organize the department’s events.
- Oversee tech equipment procurement, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and contract management.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Secretarial Diploma/CAP designation from a recognized institution or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
