The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and managing staff to achieve operational efficiency and profitability. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
