Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver cross-divisional projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance, renovations, and space planning
- Manage physical security operations, including vendors, access control, and emergency preparedness
- Coordinate tenants, leases, and service providers while ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resources, providing regular reports to management
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational objectives
About You:
- Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Facilities/Security Management, or a related field
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
- At least five 5-7 years’ experience managing projects and/or facilities and security operations
- Experience leading cross-functional and multi-departmental initiatives
- A structured leader who takes ownership and follows through on commitments
- Analytical, with the ability to assess challenges and implement practical solutions
- A team-focused professional who brings people together to achieve results
- Organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A clear communicator with strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive engagement skills
