Stewart’s Automotive Group is seeking to hire a capable, tenacious and customer centric individual to fill the position of:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary: The incumbent will greet showroom visitors, manage traffic flow, and coordinate between the sales and service departments to deliver a smooth aftersales experience.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Greeting and recording all showroom visitors.
- Directing and assigning customers to Sales Representatives.
- Managing incoming calls.
- Maintaining visitor logs and enquiry records.
- Ensuring that the showroom is maintained at appropriate dealership standards.
- Providing information about vehicles and brochure support.
- Scheduling service appointments for customers.
- Acting as a liaison between the sales and service departments to ensure a smooth transition and that the customer’s after-sales needs are met.
- Handling general service enquiries.
- Coordinating with the service departments for updates.
- Following up on post-delivery service bookings.
- Escalating customer concerns and queries for resolution, as necessary.
Competencies, Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of Five CSEC subjects inclusive of Math and English at Grade 2 or above
- Three (3) or more years of experience working in a customer facing or administrative role.
- Prior experience working in an automotive dealership environment would be an asset.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must be customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills- written and oral.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be the holder of a valid driver’s license.
