Job Summary

Stephenson's Electronics Limited, and Sago Palm Hotel, are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, and overall management of social media platforms, as well as maintaining the company’s websites and product catalogue. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong creativity, technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple brands effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and manage engaging content for social media and professional networking platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms in a timely and consistent manner
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Analyze social media performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvement
• Maintain and update company websites for both Stevenson Electronics Limited and Sago Palm Hotel
• Manage and update the company’s product catalogue, including images, descriptions, and relevant details
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely content updates
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts is an asset

Skills & Competencies

• Strong content creation skills, including graphics, captions, and basic video editing
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of website management (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and improve performance
• Proficiency in the use of computers, smartphones, and digital tools for content creation and media management
• Ability to capture and produce quality visual content (photography and videography) for digital platforms
