CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Post To Post Betting Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is seeking to identify a suitable candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our Montego Bay and Kingston Retail Store. I The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the sale of our gaming, betting, and lottery products, as well as the provision of exceptional customer experience to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
- Ensures booklets, coupons, and all other information relevant to bet writing, are readily available to customers upon request.
- Collects cash and bet slips and writes bets per customers' request.
- Monitors equipment used at the location to ensure that the terminals are logged in, and proper signals and lighting are evident and operating properly.
- Ensures that the televisions and odds monitors are active and tuned to the correct event, odds and event codes and bet types on a day-to-day basis.
- Reports inaccuracies and malfunctioning of equipment to the Help Desk as soon as these are identified.
- Monitors stock and ensures that stationery (thermal rolls, legal size paper, toners, bet slips) are available and orders placed for products which are running low.
- Adheres to company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Performs all other duties assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. High School Diploma, with passes in Mathematics/Accounts and English Language
- B. Functional level computer skills
