Our client is seeking a high-performing finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making at an organizational level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior leadership, boards, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the organization meets its financial obligations
- Monitor revenue collection, billing cycles, and expense management
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and efficiencies
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and financial planning activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience preparing financial statements and management reports
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial controls
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to lead, organize, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACCA (completed or in progress) or equivalent certification is an asset
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance/accounting role
