DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.•Support process definition and change management by guiding business/process owners to ensure that business processes are streamlined and/or reengineered.•Employ best practices and principles, using appropriate frameworks to provide adequate documentation.•Cultivate trust through personal and team relationships with a range of product owners & customers throughout the organization to foster prompt innovation.•Conduct training for business leads on new processes and feature changes to ensure they have requisite knowledge and understanding to inform organization staff.REQUIRED EDUCATION:• Bachelor’s Degree qualification in related ICT field or equivalent experienceREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:•5+ years of progressive experience in IT Product Management.•Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel & PowerPoint.•Experience of incident and change management processes.•Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures.•Experience with recording and solving application support issues from customers, prioritising requests, implementing and communicating timely solutions.REQUIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:•Highly motivated and flexible•Clear communication & presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely•Familiarity with process flow documentation.•Strong leadership skills and an ability to interact with all levels of management.•Tact and sensitivity when working with confidential information.•Innovative and creative.•Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision.•Patience and resilience.•Strong understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development.•Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.•An understanding of the importance of equality and diversity within the work environment.•Well-developed interpersonal relationship and communication skills, in both formal and informal settings.•Excellent decision-making, problem diagnosis and problem-solving skills.•Ability to use initiative and meet challenging deadlines.Application deadline date: April 19th, 2026.
