The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring accurate issuing of credit memos ; timely and efficient payment application. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically competent but also possesses the proven ability to learn and execute new tasks quickly as our operations evolve.

Core Responsibilities

• Issue credit notes : Generate and issue accurate credit memos in a timely manner.
• Payment Reconciliation: Apply daily receipts to customer accounts and reconcile payment discrepancies.
• Reporting: Preparation of month-end AR reports and financial documentation.
• Process Adaptation: Quickly learn and implement new software updates, workflows, and administrative assignments as required by the finance department.
