We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to document, evaluate, and improve operational processes within NCB Capital Markets.
This opportunity involves partnering with stakeholders to capture current-state workflows, developing clear and structured procedures, and ensuring alignment with governance and control requirements. The ideal candidate will validate process logic, maintain high documentation standards, and manage multiple deliverables. Strong communication skills and proficiency with documentation tools are essential to drive clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Competencies Required:
- Procedure Documentation & SOP Development:
Ability to document end-to-end procedures, develop clear and structured SOPs, and accurately capture roles, controls, handoffs, and decision points in line with approved templates.
- Stakeholder Walkthroughs & Information Management
Ability to conduct structured walkthroughs with operational teams and SMEs to extract process details, clarify undocumented practices, and translate discussions into clear, executable procedures.
- Control & Governance Documentation
Ability to identify, document, and clearly articulate embedded controls, escalation points, approvals, and governance requirements within procedures, particularly in regulated environments.
Ability to review documented procedures to validate logical flow, completeness, dependencies, and exception handling, ensuring procedures are operationally sound and usable.
- Documentation Quality & Accuracy
Strong written communication with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring procedural clarity, consistency, version control, and accurate incorporation of feedback.
- Delivery Management & Throughput
Ability to manage and progress multiple procedures concurrently, meet defined documentation targets, and maintain delivery momentum under tight timelines.
- Documentation Tools & Systems
Working knowledge of documentation and process mapping tools, document repositories, and the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and standards.
