Position Title: Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Support Administrative Manager (or designated Senior Sales Manager)
Supervision Given To: Door-to-Door CSR
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing Unicomer
Jamaica’s Outdoor Sales strategy by taking the Courts brand directly into remote and
underserved communities across the island.
The role focuses on driving credit-based sales,
expanding market reach, rebuilding the Outdoor Sales channel, and ensuring disciplined
execution of pop-up sales events.
The Supervisor is a hands-on, selling leader who actively books sales alongside the CSR
while providing on-the-ground decision-making, planning, and leadership during field
operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
• Actively generate and book credit sales during outdoor/pop-up sales activities.
• Lead by example by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales
targets.
• Drive incremental sales from communities located outside a 5–10 km radius of
existing Courts locations.
• Promote priority categories, financing offers, warranties, and add-on services to
maximize basket value.
2. Field Leadership & Supervision
• Serve as the senior decision-maker during all outdoor sales activities.
• Supervise and support the Outdoor Sales CSR in the field, ensuring strong selling
standards, customer engagement, and policy compliance.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and performance guidance to improve selling
effectiveness.
• Ensure discipline, professionalism, and brand representation at all outdoor events.
3. Route Planning & Community Engagement
• Identify, plan, and execute a structured outdoor sales route plan covering targeted
communities islandwide.
• Coordinate pre-event community engagement activities (flyers, word-of-mouth
promotion, engagement with shop owners and community leaders).
• Liaise with local establishments to secure electricity, space, and logistical support
ahead of sales events.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within communities to support repeat visits
and sustained sales growth.
4. Operations & Logistics
• Oversee the setup and teardown of tents, displays, and promotional materials for popup
shops.
• Ensure all equipment, marketing assets, and systems are prepared and functional
before each event.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation requirements, and customer
verification standards.
• Manage daily sales reconciliations, documentation submission, and handover to
branch/admin teams.
5. Reporting & Performance Management
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
• Submit accurate and timely reports on sales, applications, and community
performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on route optimization, product
mix, and customer trends.
• Highlight operational challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and
results.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure strict adherence to Unicomer’s credit, pricing, discount, and promotional
policies.
• Safeguard company assets, equipment, and customer data during field operations.
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure all sales practices align with company
guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail sales, route sales, outdoor sales, or fieldbased
selling.
• At least 1–2 years in a senior CSR, lead, or supervisory role preferred.
• Proven ability to sell credit-based products and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financing, documentation, and compliance
requirements.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; willing to travel islandwide.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in non-traditional retail environments.
