We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused server with a background in full-service dining, particularly someone comfortable with wine and cocktail service. This role suits hospitality professionals who enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, guiding guests through menus, and contributing to strong beverage sales in an elevated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional table service in a full-service dining setting

• Confidently recommend wines, cocktails, and premium beverages to enhance the guest experience

• Support guests with menu knowledge, including food pairings and beverage suggestions

• Follow established service standards for greeting, coursing, clearing, and payment

• Collaborate closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team members

• Maintain service stations, cleanliness, and presentation standards

• Remain composed and professional during busy service periods

   

  Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience 2-3 years in full-service restaurants, ideally upscale casual or fine dining

  • Familiarity with:

    • Wine styles, basic pairings, and service etiquette

    • Classic and signature cocktails

  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor

  • Ability to read guests and tailor service accordingly

  • Comfortable using POS systems in a table-service environment

  • Attention to detail and pride in service quality
