About the Role
A well-established Villa Owners’ Association is seeking a highly competent and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residential villa community.
Reporting to the Board of Directors (through the Chairman) and working closely with the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the community is safe, secure, well-maintained, and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the villa community, including infrastructure, grounds, and facilities
- Supervise staff and coordinate external contractors (security, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure high standards of property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor construction and renovation activities for compliance with community guidelines
- Manage operational budgets and support cost control initiatives
- Respond to emergencies and lead disaster preparedness and recovery efforts
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for homeowners and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and provide updates to the Board of Directors
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Property, Villa, Hotel, or Estate Management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience supervising contractors and service providers
- Sound knowledge of budgeting and operational planning
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to operate independently and respond effectively in emergencies
