Receptionist (Temporary – 3 Months)
Our client in the San Fernando area is seeking a temporary Receptionist who is professional, organized, and customer-focused. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
We are specifically looking for someone who is welcoming, personable, and experienced in working independently, with the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Details
- Contract Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Salary: TTD $6,000 monthly
- Location: San Fernando and environs
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle general inquiries and escalate when necessary
- Maintain visitor logs and adhere to company security procedures
- Assist with general office duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
