JOB DUTIES
1 HROperations
- Assists in the maintenance of file register, employee records and filing system in compliance with Departmentstandards.
- Preparation of documents (such as letters, memoranda, minutes, and spreadsheets) and reports, as required.
- Receives,records,sortsandroutesincomingandoutgoingcorrespondenceandotherdocuments.
- Providesadministrativesupporttotherecruitmentfunction(preparationofrequisitionforms, recruitment and onboarding packages, bookings etc.), as required.
- AddressesqueriesandprovidessolutionsandcustomerservicetoInternalandexternalcustomers.
- Assistingwithconductingscreeningsandreferencechecksrelatedtorecruitment.
- Performingotherofficedutiesasassigned.
2 Payroll
- Provides administrative supportin the completion of Payroll cycles (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly) withinestablisheddeadlines.
- Preparationofdocuments(suchaslettersandmemoranda)andreports,asrequired.
- Completesthedigitalarchivingofallpayrolldocumentation.
3 SystemAdministration
- Provides administrative support in the maintenance of employee data and recordson management information systems and learning management systems.
- Preparation of documents (such as letters, memoranda, minutes, and spreadsheets) and reports, as required.
4 HRProjects
- Provides support the department in the execution of employee engagement activities and assigned projects and ensures adherence to department timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- UndergraduatedegreeinBusinessManagement,HumanResources,SocialSciencesorarelateddiscipline.
- ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuiteisconsideredanasset.
- Atleastoneyearofrelevantworkexperience.
