Purpose of the Role
The Technical Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for H&L Argo. This role bridges Marketing, Agronomists, Sales Teams, and customers by translating technical product information into clear, customer-focused communication, while coordinating campaigns, promotions, and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the annual marketing calendar
- Manage assigned budget and implement initiatives to grow and retain customers
- Develop brochures, technical sheets, presentations, and promotional materials
- Translate technical specifications into clear, customer-friendly messaging
- Provide marketing and product support to retail and wholesale teams
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Liaise with suppliers, agronomists, and internal teams to ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate development of marketing collateral with design and production teams
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Support product positioning and marketing strategies
- Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities
- Support brand awareness and product promotion initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within agriculture or a technical industry
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of agricultural products and practices is an asset
