Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Representative supports revenue growth by analyzing sales data and assisting with brand marketing initiatives. The role provides insights, tracks performance, and helps execute strategies to improve market presence and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Analytics

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, product performance, and customer activity
• Support sales forecasting and planning processes
• Provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes

Marketing & Brand Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Monitor brand performance and customer engagement
• Support product launches and in-market activations
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with targets
• Support data accuracy across systems and reports
• Prepare presentations and reports for management review

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales analysis, marketing, or similar role
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with CRM systems is an asset
