An experienced General Manager – Factory Operations & Distribution to lead our Production (Frozen and Baked), Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Fleet operations.
The General Manager will:
Oversee full-cycle production from raw material intake to finished goods delivery.
Ensure HACCP compliance and adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Manage inventory control, warehouse security, and fleet performance.
Lead and develop department managers and operational teams.
Drive cost control initiatives and achieve monthly/annual performance targets.
Operate in compliance with the Factories Act and all regulatory requirements.
This role demands a hands-on leader who ensures disciplined execution, and builds a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS
Tertiary qualification in Production & Operations Management or related field.
3–5 years experience in Production, Operations, or Warehouse Management (including distribution).
Valid Food Handler’s Permit.
Valid General Driver’s License.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations.
Experience with computerized inventory systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and HACCP.
Knowledge of factory safety and security standards.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
