Customer Service Representative
Location: Kingston, Jamaica (In-Office)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is more than just a friendly voice on the phone. You’ll be the bridge between our clients, our technical team, and our accounts department.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your mission will include:
- Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling service visits by our technicians to help ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Documentation: Generating professional quotations and invoices with high accuracy.
- Collections: Monitoring accounts and performing polite but firm follow-ups on outstanding payments to keep our cash flow healthy.
- Client Care: Being the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues with a smile, and ensuring our customers feel valued.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: At least a High School Diploma with minimum 5 CXC/CSEC passes (General Proficiency Grades I-III), including English A and Mathematics.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service or administrative role (experience in a service-based industry is a major plus!).
- Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new scheduling or accounting software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English. You should be able to navigate a professional conversation internally and externally.
- Organizational Prowess: Ability to multitask, manage a busy schedule, and pay close attention to detail when generating financial documents.
- Attitude and Character: A proactive attitude and a high level of integrity.
