Senior Auditor/Accountant – Financial Services *Relocation to Bermuda*
This role requires the successful candidate to relocate to Bermuda; all relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading firm within the financial services sector in Bermuda, who are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor / Accountant with a strong background in captive insurance.

The Role
The successful candidate will be based full-time in Bermuda (in-office) and will play a key role in delivering audit and accounting services to a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing audit engagements for captive insurance entities
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant standards
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff
- Ensuring compliance with Bermuda regulatory and reporting requirements
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within captive insurance (essential)
- Professionally qualified – ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or accounting (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Bermuda and work on-site
