We are looking for individuals who can think creatively, take initiative, and contribute original ideas that will help establish FOJ as a landmark destination. Position Overview
F.O.J Museum and Event Center is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and digital engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and growing F.O.J’s social media platforms, while producing high-quality content that promotes events, experiences, and the overall brand.
This role requires someone who is highly proficient in content creation and editing, with the ability to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage F.O.J’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Create and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions)
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events and activities
Capture and edit content from events, behind-the-scenes and daily operations
Develop a content calendar aligned with F.O.J events and promotions
Monitor performance, engagement and audience growth
Respond to messages, comments and inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to promote upcoming activities
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong skills in content creation and editing (photo and video)
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar
Ability to create engaging and creative social media content
Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Passion for marketing, entertainment and digital media
