Job Summary
The Operations Department is seeking qualified engineers/ technicians across multiple disciplines to support the planning, execution, and maintenance of projects and operations. The roles require technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Available Positions
- Mechanical Engineer – Responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Electrical Engineer – Responsible for electrical system design, installation, and maintenance in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Instrumentation Engineer – Responsible for design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Rotating Engineer – Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining rotating equipment such as pumps, turbines, and compressors.
- Civil Engineer – Responsible for site works, infrastructure, and civil project design and oversight.
- Mechanical Technician - Responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
- Plan, design, and execute engineering projects in compliance with company and industry standards
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and operational reliability
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and industry regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff where applicable
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Rotating Equipment, or Civil)
- Professional certification or registration with a recognized engineering body is an asset
- Minimum of [3–7] years’ experience in the relevant field, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or construction environments
- Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, PLC programming, or other discipline-specific software)
