Role Overview
Lead the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance, while supporting management with clear financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the accounting team, driving accountability and performance
• Oversee full accounting cycle – GL, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, and payments
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and intercompany balances
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory filings, and IFRS standards
• Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records
• Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvements
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• ACCA (or in progress) preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office
