Position Summary: The Courier Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating courier and logistics for clients of domestic and small packages.  He/she is required to oversee operations effectively, efficiently and consistently to ensure customer satisfaction, with the objective of maximizing productivity of quality service while minimizing costs. Ensure that all processes are being followed in the completion of work tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with guidelines and standards of the company.
• Oversees and ensures efficient execution of daily priorities related to the logistics and operations of customer’s packages and ensures all required documents are completed with accuracy.
• Oversee the processing of required shipping documents with a high degree of accurateness.
• Track customer’s packages and provide feedback via email or phone in a timely manner
• Securing and organizing promotion both in town and out of town
• Monitor social medial platforms to record the increase/decrease of followers
• Grow Customers base
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Communication or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory role
• Minimum 2 years experience working in the Courier Service industry
• Ability to identify and develop new business relationships
• Good time management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing social medial platform
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Outlook
• Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
