Our client, an established technology solutions provider delivering software and application support services to a diverse client base, is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team.
This role is best suited for a computer science professional with strong technical capability and excellent communication skills, who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and technical support to users via the Help Desk
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on root cause analysis
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced systems
- Monitor and execute daily processes for test and training environments
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues efficiently
- Train and support users on system functionality and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system and team efficiency
Required Qualifications & Technical Competence
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of databases and coding principles (critical requirement)
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, applications, and network environments (LAN/WAN)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
