Position: Customer Service RepresentativeBe the friendly voice helping customers solve problems, answer questions, and build loyalty — all while building your future. Your financial background or banking experience is a valuable asset in this role.
What You Need:

3 CXC / City & Guilds passes (including English)  
OR 6+ months customer service experience  
OR HEART Customer Service Certificate  
Basic typing and computer skills  
Must pass a background check
