The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance and engineering functions to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans for Engineering and Maintenance in line with company objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance and engineering in line with organizational goals.
Participate in planning activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve performance targets
Oversee and maintain work order systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Optimize preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime and costs.
Apply reliability and engineering principles to enhance equipment performance.
Plan, execute, and manage engineering and maintenance projects within established timelines and budgets.
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance and operational teams.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Identify risks related to maintenance and engineering activities and implement mitigation measures.
Support the development of contingency plans for critical operations.
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
