Summary
We’re hiring a Slot Technician II to perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of electronic gaming machines with minimal supervision. You’ll also act as an escalation point for Technician I team members and support operational uptime on the gaming floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intermediate troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
- Install/configure machines and complete functional testing
- Support and guide Technician I staff during routine tasks
- Respond promptly to service requests from staff and guests
- Execute preventive maintenance to schedule
- Maintain detailed service logs, repair reports, and inventory records
- Identify recurring issues and report operational concerns
- Assist with training and onboarding of new technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent); technical certification preferred
- 1–2 years field service experience (gaming/electronic support ideal)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver’s license
Working Conditions
- Shift work including nights/weekends/public holidays
- Lifting, bending, long periods of standing
- Travel between club locations as assigned
