The primary focus of the International Marketing Coordinator is to support team member engagement through communication pathways at all organizational levels, promoting conversations and feedback, and improving employee access to information, communication and engagement. The International Marketing Coordinator is a vivacious people person advocating for both team members and the organization’s mission, vision and values. The International Marketing Coordinator is innovative and eager for a challenge targeted at improving and creating engaging activities supporting culture, engagement, and performance recognition.
As the International Marketing Coordinator your scope of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Creating and editing daily content for Azul Beach Resort.
- Regularly responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Assisting with reservations and creating itineraries for influencers.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and analyzing trends.
- Writing social media monthly reports.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with our brand strategy.
- Developing promotional campaigns to enhance our online presence.
- Being communicative and open to suggestions.
- Demonstrating creativity in content creation.
- Staying updated on and following social media trends.
- Proficiency in video editing using CapCut.
- Experience with META platforms and TikTok.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
- Experience using Photoshop, Canva, Social Media pages and other marketing tools.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Two years of experience coordinating international initiatives.
- Must posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both in one-on-one or group settings.
- Must have the skills to make independent decisions, be objective, and handle difficult employee issues.
- Initiate Crucial Conversations to hold the team accountable when needed.
- Must have strong organizational skills, data entry, and clerical skills.
- Must be a team player that is adaptable to the needs of the organization. M
- ust have excellent active listening, conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Exercise tact, diplomacy and good judgment in a highly confidential and sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint) is required.
