Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across the resort. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, exceptional guest satisfaction, and full compliance with health and safety standards.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost controls (food, beverage, labor)
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and team members
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and promotions
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience
- At least 3 years in a senior management role within a hotel or resort environment
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Experience working in a Caribbean or international resort environment is an asset
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
