is now hiring Human Resource Clerk
The Human Resource Clerk provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resource Department, contributing to the efficient handling of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management.
Major Responsibilities:
- · Assist with HR administrative processes, including recruitment coordination, employee orientation, exit interviews, and enrollment of new employees in the time management system.
- · Coordinate internal activities such as staff engagement events, recreational activities, and training sessions.
- · Provide administrative support throughout the disciplinary hearing process lifecycle.
- · Submit accurate employee information to the Payroll Department in a timely manner.
- · Facilitate employee enrollment in the Company’s benefits programmes in accordance with eligibility guidelines.
- · Assist in the preparation of HR reports, correspondence, letters, and other official documentation.
- · Maintain and update records relating to employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
- · Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative HR support.
- · Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the effective functioning of the department.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in Human Resource Management is an asset.
- least 5 CSEC passes including English Language and Mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
