Job Summary
Responsible for implementing sales, distribution, and marketing strategies throughout Dominica to support profitable growth within the company's international operations.
Job Responsibilities
· Compile and submit the weekly Re‑Order Report to track distributor inventory levels and reorder timelines.
· Prepare the Monthly In‑Market Marketing Report, evaluating promotional activities, trade visibility, and sales performance.
· Meet monthly and annual budget targets for distributor purchases and in‑market sales.
· Conduct a monthly pricing survey to confirm market price compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
· Work closely with the distributor to develop and execute brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
· Participate in B2B meetings and engage key accounts to support business growth and client retention.
· Perform weekly trade visits and audits to review execution and gather market intelligence.
· Coordinate with the distributor to ensure effective rollout of consumer promotions.
· Lead new product launch activities, ensuring full alignment on listings, launch plans, and execution.
· Drive improvements in Net Numeric Distribution (NND) across the complete company portfolio in all assigned territories.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor‑related matters, including shipment delays, customer concerns, and supply chain issues.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or any related field
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in the FMCG industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
