Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Documentation: Complete and manage tender documentation for UDC HOP and other relevant projects.
- GOJEP Platform: ensure eligibility for tendering new projects by maintaining GOJEP platform with CHEC valid documents.
- Project Support: Assist with KWL documents, Fosrich research, and other project-related research to support business operations.
- Perform Corporate Secretary duties.
- Prepare pre-qualification documentation for projects.
- Research and assess new opportunities by analyzing market opportunities and basic technical considerations.
- Establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities.
- Meeting Management: Organize and conduct meetings, document outcomes, and communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
- Set meetings with NEPA, St. Ann Municipal, assist with approval process, and meeting with ongoing sale of units. Coordinate meetings and follow through action points to closure.
- Social Media Management: Oversee content management across all social media platforms, including editing, designing, and posting updates four times weekly.
- Manage and optimize the Company’s social media accounts using facebook, instagram and X (formerly, twitter): monitor and analyze social media analytics to inform future strategies.
- Assist in the production of video content.
- Media Relations: Maintain media relations and ensure CHEC is properly branded at events.
Administrative Coordination:
- Manage registration documents for CHEC Ltd and CHEC Jamaica at the Companies Office of Jamaica.
- Assist with the creation of CHEC Jamaica’s bank account and due diligence processes via NLA and COJ.
- Ensure compliance and good standing with PERB for CHEC Ltd, and handle the registration of CHEC Jamaica with PERB.
- Any other responsibilities assigned as needed
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in procurement and administration.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
