Key Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and verify items against TOSL purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Receive, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, materials, and equipment.
• Label, sort, and store items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to assigned inventory locations.
• Check, pack, and label products for dispatch.
• Update and maintain accurate digital and manual inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the Supervisor of low or depleted items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and unplanned inventory counts and audits as required.
• Inspect all incoming inventory to ensure it meets acceptable quality standards.
• Issue tools and equipment to workers and maintain accurate records of items issued and returned.
• Locate and report lost or misplaced tools and equipment.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports or maintain a perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.
• Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming tools and equipment, and requisition stock as needed to replenish inventory.
• Conduct periodic physical inspections of tools to identify damaged or unusable items.
• Repair, service, and lubricate tools and equipment as required.
• Assist with inspections and audits of tools, spares, and equipment.
• Ensure an adequate supply of tools to engineers and technicians to support repair and refit activities.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload lorries, vans, and other vehicles in accordance with safety procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report findings to the Supervisor accordingly.
• Prepare all necessary documentation and paperwork as required.
• Perform any other duties as directed or assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Inventory Management.
• Five (5) CXC O’Levels, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Forklift training certification.
• Valid driving license.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
• Knowledge of Accounting or ERP Software; experience with Acumatica is an asset.

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse or tools clerk role.
