Manager – Convenience Store & Gas Bar

Petro Mart Limited is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Manager to lead the daily operations of our Convenience Store & Gas Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, controlling costs, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff
• Maintain strict cash control and ensure timely deposits
• Manage inventory levels and minimize shrinkage
• Order approved products to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Handle customer issues professionally
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance standards are upheld
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised store and forecourt

Requirements

✔ Experience managing retail, convenience store, or fuel operations

✔ Strong cash handling and financial accountability

✔ Inventory management experience

✔ Leadership and team supervision skills

✔ High integrity and attention to detail

✔ Ability to meet reporting deadlines
