What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose vehicle issues using specialist tools and provide accurate, actionable solutions.
• Conduct electronic and visual health checks on vehicles, delivering professional reports and recommendations to customers.
• Complete scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by liaising directly with customers and service advisors.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Support and coach colleagues with technical expertise.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep skills and product knowledge up to date.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a franchise dealership or similar automotive environment.
• Strong skills in fault diagnosis and problem-solving.
• Good IT skills and comfort with vehicle diagnostic software.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
• Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Full clean driving licence required.
