Represent Newport professionally, communicate value clearly, refine pitch delivery, and build trust with prospects.
KPIs: Call quality score, feedback ratings, meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
CRM, Data & Process Discipline
Log all activities in CRM accurately and in real time, maintain structured data, and follow the documented sales process.
KPIs: CRM accuracy, data completeness, process compliance rate.
Learning, Coaching & Development
Participate in training, apply feedback, improve call performance, and demonstrate continuous growth and ownership.
