Role Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Designate, our Representatives will be responsible to negotiate and set up payment plans with individuals who have outstanding debt. You will make outbound calls as well as receiving inbound calls and must maintain a balance between empathizing with consumers and firmly asking them to arrange for payment.

Responsibilities:

• Determining consumer’s ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/options available to them.
• Accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts.
• Maintain adequate attendance and adhere to company policies.

 Requirements:

• Collections Experience a major plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• “Go Get It” Attitude
• Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
• Speaking, Reading and Writing in English is required
• Regular attendance and adherence to a set schedule, which includes breaks and lunches.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent computer navigation skills required.

Education 

Minimum of 4 CSEC inclusive of English Language, some post-secondary education preferred.
