Work closely with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements
Prepare advertisements for group wide vacancies
Utilize Applicant Tracking System and job boards to advertise and attract applicants
Share best fit applicants with hiring manager for further shortlisting
Schedule candidates for interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Participate in the interview process
Coordinate pre-employment exercises for shortlisted candidates
Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
Reduce time to hire and mitigate issues that may result in candidate loss
Initiate new hire onboarding process and monitor for successful completion
Maintain accurate recruitment data and update Applicant Tracking System
Attend and participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and sourcing initiatives
Work closely with hiring partnership organizations
Coordinate sourcing activities including job boards, social media, and recruitment initiatives
Prioritize and coordinate interviews for internal vacancies
Work with the team to ensure staffing targets are achieved
Ensure the timely completion of the neccessary background/reference checks
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting
Experience in Security, Hospitality, or BPO environments is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies including ATS, job boards, and social media
Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges in a timely manner
Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven experience and exposure to recruitment marketing
Proven experience recruiting senior managerial/executive Level roles
