We are seeking a Corporate Benefits and Strategic Accounts Manager for one of or subsidiaries. This
role requires a high-performing commercial leader to drive new corporate acquisition and expand
our presence across Life, Health, and General Insurance lines. It is focused on originating and
converting new corporate relationships, engaging senior decision-makers within large enterprises,
multinationals, and priority sectors
The ideal candidate is commercially astute, confident at executive level discussions, disciplined in
pipeline management, and capable of structuring viable, risk-aligned solutions that convert into
sustainable revenue streams.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for a results-oriented professional ready to accelerate
corporate market penetration and shape long-term growth within a dynamic insurance
environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in similar disciplines will be an asset
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in corporate relationship building, insurance and employee benefits, or financial services.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
