Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Provides quotations according to underwriting guidelines;
2. Attends to all customers
3. Verifies and enters information and produces policy documents and certificates;
4. Provides and processes data for analytical reports.
5. Supports the development and maintenance of a Team environment by performing other related duties;
6. Conducts timely renewal process to optimize retention ratios;
7. Supports the development and maintenance of a team environment by performing other related duties;
8. Adheres to Anti-Money Laundering and other regulatory requirements;
9. Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications and Experience

1. At least three (3) years’ experience in similar position;
2. Minimum of 5 CXC passes including English and Mathematics and 2 ‘A’ levels;
3. Working knowledge of all classes of insurance;
4. Completion of Insurance courses;
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
6. State License (Asset)
