Duties & Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end ERP implementation process.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure departmental inputs, testing, and validations are completed within agreed timelines.
- Track project progress and proactively identify delays or risks.
- Escalate critical issues to Executive Management with recommended solutions.
- Ensure proper system configuration aligns with approved business workflows.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign-off processes.
Cross-Functional Team Direction
- Direct and coordinate ERP working groups across departments.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress of implementation activities.
- Hold structured weekly implementation meetings.
- Ensure accountability for deliverables across departments.
- Drive resolution of inter-departmental system issues.
Vendor & System Administrator Liaison
- Act as a key internal point of contact between CGA and ERP providers (e.g., Odoo developers and system administrators).
- Translate operational requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Coordinate configuration discussions and technical troubleshooting sessions.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation of system changes and customizations.
Data Migration & Integrity Oversight
- Lead data migration planning and execution.
- Oversee data cleansing and validation prior to system upload.
- Ensure master data governance standards are established.
- Validate migrated data accuracy and completeness.
- Implement controls to maintain ongoing data integrity.
Training & Change Management
- Develop structured ERP training programs for employees and department leads.
- Train super users to provide departmental support.
- Promote system discipline and standardized usage practices.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, providing advanced troubleshooting support.
Reporting & Executive Communication
- Provide weekly status reports, progress updates, risk registers, and mitigation strategies
- Maintain implementation dashboards and milestone tracking tools.
- Provide post-implementation performance review reports.
Documentation & Governance
- Assist with development of ERP SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation.
- Maintain complete project documentation repository.
- Extract, summarize, and share monthly forecasts.
Operational Transition (Go-Live Readiness)
- Lead go-live readiness and assessments.
- Ensure departments are fully prepared during system cutover.
- Coordinate post-go-live support and stabilization phase.
- Monitor system performance during initial operational rollout and support in corrective measures
Other
- The role may require extended or irregular working hours to meet project milestones and business continuity needs. Such work will be pre-authorized and compensated in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Regular interaction with international ERP service providers and developers is required, necessitating flexibility to participate in meetings and support activities outside standard local business hours.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related Business field.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Proficiency in ERP systems coordination and Warehouse Management Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP coordination in manufacturing or operational environment
- Demonstrated experience managing structured projects with defined timelines
- Conforms to all established departmental & company policies, procedures & objectives, GMPs, PPE, HACCP, food safety & HSE site protocols.
- Performs other related tasks and responsibilities required by the Procurement Manager/ CFO
- Undergo any job related training required by the company.
